Inside the terminal at the arrivals exit, after customs. Your driver holds a board with your name on it. If you cannot see them, call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation and we will guide you to each other.
We track the flight number you gave us and move the pickup to match. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land, and there is no charge for the delay itself.
Per vehicle. A sedan carrying three costs the same as a sedan carrying one. If your group needs an SUV, van or minibus, the price for that vehicle is shown when you book.
In cash to the driver at the end of the journey, in dirhams or euros. There is no deposit and no card details are needed to book.
To within a few minutes' walk. The old city's lanes are too narrow for cars, so we park at the nearest access point, call the riad ahead and arrange someone to help with your bags. There is no extra charge.
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the child's age when you book so we bring the right seat.
Yes, free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Message us on WhatsApp and it is done, with nothing to pay.
No. A 3am pickup on New Year's Day costs the same as a midday one in October.

Yes, and booking both legs at once takes 10% off the total. We track your outbound flight time for the return pickup as well.
