Ourika climbs into the Atlas along a river, and the road ends at Setti Fatma where the waterfall walk begins. It is the closest mountain day out from Marrakech, which also makes it the most touristed, so the useful thing a driver adds here is knowing where to stop between the roadside stalls and where the good berber lunch actually is.
Bookable in both directions, at the same price.

Ask your driver to stop at a river-terrace restaurant rather than the first cluster. The valley gets better the higher you go.
The Setti Fatma waterfall walk takes about an hour up and needs shoes with grip.
The valley can flood after heavy spring rain. We check conditions the morning you travel and tell you if the road is closed.
Book the return at the same time and 10% comes off the total.
